FIRST STEPS

Before submitting an application for enrollment to our ABA program at Holland Center, please review the following mandatory enrollment considerations:

  • The child must have a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder within the last year.
  • Families must have active insurance that covers Autism and/or ABA, EIBI, or EIDBI therapies. For more information on accepted insurance providers, see below.
  • A minimum of a 6-month commitment to attend Holland is required.
  • Parent involvement is required including, but not limited to, attending parent meetings, attending monthly family skills training, attending quarterly treatment plan meetings, & attending Parent Resource Groups.
  • Parents are required to arrange for the child’s transportation to and from the center. Learn more about transportation here.
  • The child must follow a gluten/casein/peanut/dye-free diet while at the center.
OUR INTAKE PROCESS
  1. Download and complete our application form and return it along with all necessary medical documents and insurance cards.
  2. Once Holland Center receives all necessary documentation, it will be reviewed by our team.
  3. Our team will verify insurance information with the provider.
  4. Our Intake Coordinator will contact you to schedule an Intake Interview with our Clinical Team and a tour of Holland Center’s facilities.
  5. Upon the Clinical Team’s recommendation following the intake interview, the child will be added to our waitlist.
